A simple command-line utility to quickly enable or disable all tweaks.

• Provides 'safe' and 'nosafe' commands.

• Include '-r' option with either command to automatically respring.

• You can manage an exclusion list with 'safe -m'

• 'safe -a' to disable ALL tweaks ignoring exclusion list.
